Draft — owner and legal review required

Terms

The rules intended to keep Zenolu useful and safe, with the commercial and legal choices still clearly marked for the operator to complete.

This structure reflects the current product, but it is not legal advice or a final notice. The operator must replace every bracketed placeholder, verify the actual infrastructure and business model, and obtain appropriate legal review.

1. Provider and scope

These draft terms are intended to govern use of Zenolu, but the contracting provider and effective date have not been entered.

The operator must confirm which users, countries, plans, and services are covered and whether consumer-specific information or withdrawal rights apply.

  • [Contracting person or legal entity]
  • [Business and contact address]
  • [Effective date and version]
  • [Countries, customer groups, and minimum age covered by these terms]

2. Accounts and security

People must provide accurate account information, protect their sign-in credentials, and use an email address they control. One private account can also hold an optional public creator identity.

Account sharing, eligibility rules, and the process for reporting unauthorized access must be confirmed before launch.

  • Keep passwords and one-time authentication links confidential.
  • Notify the configured support channel promptly if an account may be compromised.
  • Do not impersonate another person or create a misleading public creator profile.
  • [Confirm minimum age, organizational-account authority, and account-transfer rules]

3. The service

Zenolu helps people create palettes, design tokens, component styles, previews, exports, project versions, sharing snapshots, and optional community publications.

Features may evolve. Any material limit on storage, exports, public publishing, availability, or pricing must be explained before it applies.

  • Private work stays account-scoped unless the user deliberately creates a share link or publishes a palette.
  • A public share link exposes its saved snapshot to anyone who has the active link until it is revoked. An owner can instead require a presentation password and can separately enable customer-review comments.
  • Published palettes and creator-profile details are intended to be publicly discoverable.
  • [Free-plan limits, paid features, billing terms, and service-level commitments—remove if not applicable]

4. Your content and public publishing

Users keep the rights they already have in the content they create. Zenolu needs a limited permission to host, process, display, and export that content to operate requested features.

The operator must have counsel confirm the final licence language, public-content moderation process, and what happens to published snapshots after unpublishing or account deletion.

  • Only upload or publish material you have the right to use.
  • Review a palette and creator profile before publishing because the selected content becomes public.
  • Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal data in public fields, shared snapshots, reviewer display names, or review comments. Use password protection when a customer presentation should not be open to every link holder.
  • [Final service-operation licence, moderation policy, notice process, and appeal route]

5. Acceptable use

Zenolu must not be used to harm people, systems, or the availability of the service. Enforcement should be proportionate and should provide notice where appropriate.

The operator still needs a documented abuse-reporting and enforcement process.

  • Do not break the law, infringe rights, harass others, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not automate abusive traffic, bypass technical limits, scrape private information, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not publish deceptive, hateful, or unlawful content.
  • [Abuse-report address, investigation process, suspension grounds, notice, and appeal procedure]

6. Suspension, deletion, and ending use

Users can permanently delete their account through Account settings after identity confirmation. This is designed to remove account-owned application data and cannot be undone.

The operator must define when it may suspend or terminate access, how data can be exported beforehand, and which legally required records may remain.

  • Download a personal-data export before deletion if a copy is needed.
  • Revoke share links and unpublish public content before deletion when an immediate public update matters.
  • [Notice period and remedy opportunity before operator-initiated suspension, except urgent cases]
  • [Retention and access rules after termination]
