This structure reflects the current product, but it is not legal advice or a final notice. The operator must replace every bracketed placeholder, verify the actual infrastructure and business model, and obtain appropriate legal review.
1. Contact status
No public support address is configured yet. The operator must add a monitored channel, response expectations, and the responsible service entity before launch.
Until then, do not send account credentials or sensitive project content to an address that merely appears associated with Zenolu.
- [Monitored support email or ticket URL]
- [Supported languages and normal response window]
- [Operator or service entity responsible for requests]
- [Escalation route for privacy, security, and legal notices]
2. Account access
Use the password-reset flow from the sign-in page when a password is lost. Confirmation and recovery links are single-use and should be opened only when the action was expected.
If access may have been compromised, reset the password and report the incident through the configured security channel once available.
- Check the correct inbox and spam folder before requesting another email.
- Request a fresh link if a secure link is invalid or expired.
- Never share a password, recovery link, or one-time token with support.
- Include the approximate time and visible error message—not authentication secrets—in an access report.
3. Projects, saving, and exports
Check connection status and retry before repeating a cloud action. The local studio may retain an unsynced browser draft, while authenticated cloud projects keep saved revisions in the account workspace.
Export important work before clearing browser storage, switching devices, or permanently deleting an account.
- Confirm the project title and latest visible revision before retrying a save.
- Do not run multiple destructive or publishing actions while the connection is unstable.
- Record the route, browser, time, and exact error text for a reproducible report.
- Avoid attaching confidential project documents unless a secure support channel explicitly requests them.
4. Data export, correction, and deletion
Account settings provide controls for supported personal details, a personal-data export, and password-confirmed permanent deletion.
Deletion cannot be undone. Download any needed export first and verify that the action completed before assuming the account is gone.
- Use the in-product export for the account and application data currently covered by Zenolu.
- Use Account settings to correct supported personal details.
- Use the future privacy contact for requests the product cannot complete.
- Do not include a password in any privacy or support message.
5. Sharing and community content
A public share link can be opened by anyone who has it; a password-protected link requires the separate presentation password. Reviewers may add a display name and comments when the owner enables feedback. A published palette plus its creator details remains public.
Search, caches, or recipients may retain previously public material for some time. The final support policy must explain any removal and abuse-reporting process.
- Revoke a client presentation link from the project sharing control.
- Change its password or rotate the URL when access needs to be replaced; do not send presentation passwords or confidential review content to support.
- Delete an unwanted review thread from the owner view when spam or obsolete feedback should be permanently removed.
- Unpublish a palette through its owner controls.
- Remove or update optional creator-profile fields from creator settings.
- [Public-content report, rights notice, and moderation appeal channel]
6. Preparing a useful report
A concise report helps distinguish a product defect, configuration issue, browser problem, and temporary service outage.
Share only what is needed to reproduce the problem and redact personal or client information.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The page or feature, approximate time, language, browser, and device.
- Safe reproduction steps and the exact visible error message.
- Whether retrying, reconnecting, or using another browser changed the result.
